My zone of genius is in restructuring businesses to allow entrepreneurs to have the sustainability they long for at the same time as keeping the business growing and thriving.

My skills and experience
After studying Maths and Management at Cambridge University, I spent 20 years working in the corporate world for companies such as Procter and Gamble and RBS. In the meantime I was COO on the trading floor of Fidelity and Credit Suisse First Boston, setting up and restructuring businesses, and managing large department and project teams.
Following this, I set up my own 6-figure property business that allowed me to stop working and care for my family. I restructured this business to bring in higher revenue whilst working fewer hours every week. It allows me time and location freedom so I can take extended holidays, care for my family, and have time off whenever I decide it suits me.
I’m also a qualified Coach and Project Manager.
